私は長年に渡り、鹿児島の大崎町という町で養鶏場の実務から管理までを務め上げてきました。生き物を24時間管理する仕事は大変苦労しましたが、得たものはそれ以上です。
この度、定年を迎え、兼ねてから興味がありました農業を始め、その中でもこの土地ならではのゴーヤの栽培を行なっております。
職種や扱う商品は違えど、これまで苦労して培ってきたノウハウを活かし、ゴーヤにも情熱を注いで丁寧な栽培に取り組んでおります。

For many years, I have been in charge of poultry farming from practice to management in the town of Osaki, Kagoshima. The job of managing creatures 24 hours a day was very difficult, but I got more than that. This time, we have reached the retirement age and have been interested in agriculture since then, and we are cultivating bitter gourd unique to this land. Although the type of job and the products we handle are different, we are working on careful cultivation with passion for bitter gourd, making use of the know-how that we have cultivated through hard work. We will always be conscious of the safety and security of our customers, pour their love into them, and deliver them to our customers' dining tables.
